We provide specialist Electrical and Mechanical Services, installing and maintaining building services in the built environment. This may include lighting upgrades, repair or replacement of cable or fittings.

We have had the privilege to work in and on some of the country’s most prestigious buildings. Recent projects include the complete upgrade of the architectural lighting and Christmas lights within the highest Building in the UK. Working on the illuminated river project. New cable installation for the cooling systems of a number of hotels and providing access solutions to the telecommunication industry.

The team members are trained in many forms of access not exclusively rope access but also IPAF, PASMA and confined space. We are of the opinion that you should utilise the best method of access for a given scope and situation. We may specialise in work at height and difficult access work but we do carry out works within normal site constraints using conventional means.
